　题目分析： A 中的 it 指 population，但是 it 还要做出 surpass 这个动作，population 无法超过中国 这个国家，surpass 发起者不对， 干掉。B they 根本就没的可指， 干掉。C 是国家超过中国， 留着。D 和 E surpass 这两个动作发起者都没有，干掉！
