题目分析：
　原文那两个原因由 and 连接形成并列，A 前后都是名词词组，可以用 and 连接，留着。
　B 前面用 removing 是动名词，和后面的 the clearing 名词不对应，干掉。
　C the removing 和后面 the clearing 对应，但是 resulting from 这个词的发起者是谁？这个选项没说，需要我自己填上去，不好，干掉。
　D removing 和后面不对应，干掉。
　E the removal 和后面可以对应，但是 which is a result of 显然没有 A 直接说好，选 A。
