邮政业务问询 (Service Enquiries)

1.询问是否有零钱 (Small Change)

A: Oh, any small change? 哦，有零钱吗?

B: No, I’m sorry. 对不起，没有。

A: That’s all right. I’ll go to get the change. Excuse me for a moment, please. 没关系，我去换点。请稍候。

A: Here is your change. Sorry to have kept you waiting. 这是找您的钱。对不起让您久等了。

2询问营业时间 (Business Hours)

A: What are your business/opening hours? 邮局什么时间营业?

B: The opening hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 从早九点到晚六点。

The post office opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 6 p.m. 邮局早上八点钟开门，下午六点钟关门。

3.询问邮寄方式 (Ways of Mailing)
