Selecting a job trainer should take all the respect of a person into account, but it is impossible to achieve in real world because of restrained resource and asymmetric information. Therefore people always choose one or two criteria to estimate a person such as the person's education, work experience and the quality of the previous work. For me the most important factor is the quality of people's previous work .

Theoretically, a well educated person would have more opportunity to be a good job trainer. But it is not always the case. Although a doctor is good at treating patients, No one might sure he would be a good trainer to teach a medico to perform surgery.

Comparing with the well educated, working experience became less important. (这里要说,相对于良好的教育,工作经验显得更加微不足道.不知怎么表达才好) why? The only function of working experience is reflecting how long a person take the job. people could easily increase their working experience via their increasing age,(此处要说人们可以轻易的通过自己不断增长的年龄来增加自己的工作经验)therefore, the more working experience could not convince us this person is the better one.

Following the above argument, let us say that the quality of a person's previous work could be an good standard to evaluate a person's potential ability. Obviously, the higher the quality of a person's previous work, the more excellent the person is .I want my employee to learn from the excellent, then they would be the best .what is more, the excellent trainer could set the pace to his or her students. In a common sense, a good example would stimulate people to do better. And that is just I want.

In a word. Estimating a person in all respect is unrealistic, but the high quality of the person's previous work is a good signal to inform the employers that he or she is a good potential job trainer.
