　题目分析：
　原文有一个并列关系，就是更有效和副作用更少这两个形成并列，A 用 being 和 causeing并列，凑合，先留着。B 前面是 to be 后面是 with 引导的介词短语，不好，干掉。C 前面是to be 而后面是 that 引导的从句，不合适，干掉。D 前面用 is 后面用 causes 形成了对应，留着。E 前面用 is 后面用 with 这个介词短语，显然不对应，干掉。A 和 D 进行比较，还是感觉 D 加了 that 前后意思分辨的更清楚，如果不加从哪里是 found 的内容，需要琢磨，加了 that，这个词汇之后所说的显然就是 found 的内容，D 更清楚一些！
